The service provided by PEOPLEMATTERS through the Website (hereinafter, the "Service") consists of forwarding personal data and other information provided by the user (hereinafter, the "User" or "You") during the enrolment process, to companies belonging to the Recruiting Erasmus Project (hereinafter, the "Companies" or "Job Offering Companies"), thereby enabling such companies to contact any students completing their studies abroad (Erasmus students or students on other programs involving a stay abroad). In order to access the Service, which is cost-free, the User must register on the Website through the registration process in place for this purpose. The User is aware that he/she is entering personal data and other information on this Website in order for companies to forward details on job openings, and that his/her data will be assigned and processed by Job Offering Companies belonging to the Recruiting Erasmus Project. Furthermore, the User hereby expressly agrees that PEOPLEMATTERS may use the contact details provided during the registration process to conduct internal studies, in order to improve its services based on User preferences, and to forward employment guidelines, updates and/or news related to the service.
Provision of the Service will always be conditioned to acceptance of the Website Disclaimer and these Terms. If these Terms are not accepted, the User should refrain from using the Service offered through the Website.
PEOPLE MATTERS S.L., with registered address in 28001 Madrid, calle Serrano 21, holding Fiscal Identification Code (CIF) number B83786699, hereby informs You that pursuant to the provisions established in current Organic Act 15/1999, on Personal Data Protection, and its implementing regulations, any personal data provided upon registration will be incorporated into a personal data file for which it is responsible, for the management of your subscription to this Website and the various job offers made.
The User is aware that he/she is entering his/her personal data on this Website in order for companies to be able to forward information on job offers and that his/her data will be assigned and processed by the Job Offering Companies in order to contact the User, if he/she is pre-selected for any vacancy which, in the opinion of the Job Offering Companies, matches his/her professional profile. Consequently, the User hereby expressly authorizes PEOPLEMATTERS to proceed to the communication or assignment of any personal data and other information provided in the registration process, to companies belonging to the Recruiting Erasmus Project, whose data are provided on the following link see Partner Companies and under the "Companies" section in the Website. All of said companies will act as job offerors, exclusively for the purpose of being able to contact a User if he/she is pre-selected for any candidature which, in the Job Offering Company's opinion, matches his/her professional profile.
Also, PEOPLEMATTERS hereby informs you that due to the dynamic nature of the Recruiting Erasmus Project, new companies will be gradually joining the Project. Consequently, the User hereby expressly accepts that any personal data and other information provided during the registration process may be assigned for the same purpose indicated above, to any new companies joining the Recruiting Erasmus Project over time. The User may access an updated list at any time, with details and the activity sector of the companies joining the Project, by entering the "Companies" section on the Website. A candidate, who undertakes to periodically review the updated list of Job Offering Companies, may revoke his/her consent at any time, for the communication of his/her personal data, by notifying PEOPLEMATTERS at the following e-mail address email@example.com.
The User hereby expressly agrees that PEOPLEMATTERS may use the contact details provided during the registration process to complete internal studies, in order to improve its services based on User preferences, and to forward employment guidelines, updates and/or news related to the service.
Any candidate voluntarily completing the section on his/her level of disability hereby expressly accepts the processing of such information, and its assignment to any Job Offering Companies, in order for said companies to fulfil their obligation to reserve a number of jobs for disabled persons, pursuant to the provisions established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of 29 November, approving the Consolidated Version of the General Act on the Disabled and their Social Inclusion.
The User may exercise, in accordance with the aforementioned regulations, his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and challenge, either by sending a letter to PEOPLE MATTERS, S.L., Ref. Data, calle Serrano 21, Madrid 28001, or by sending an e-mail address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
During the registration process, only the necessary data will be requested with respect to the purpose of the Service, by marking any essential data with an asterisk. The User undertakes to only provide adequate, pertinent and proportional data in relation to his/her job search. Specifically, it will be totally forbidden to provide or include in each c.v. any type of information on the User's personal and/or family circumstances or other private data, as well as information related to religion, racial origin, sex life, trade union membership, beliefs, any health details, references to criminal records and other type of information which is excessive per se with respect to the purpose of the Service.
PEOPLEMATTERS undertakes to fulfil its duty of secrecy with respect to these personal data and to safeguard them by adopting any security measures imposed by current law, consequently avoiding their alteration, loss or unauthorized processing or access. In turn, the User promises that all data provided during the registration process will be true, and that no information and/or personal data will be provided belonging to third parties. Registration on the service will be completed on a personal basis. Furthermore, the User must keep his/her personal information updated which is why, if there is any change in the data that the User has provided during the registration process, he/she will update them by sending a letter to any of the aforementioned address or by entering the "Data Update" section of the Website.
PEOPLEMATTERS will continue to send the information provided during the registration process to any companies gradually joining the Recruiting Erasmus Project. If, at any time, you are no longer interested in the Service, please duly inform us by addressing PEOPLEMATTERS, S.L... Ref. Data, calle Serrano 21, Madrid 28001, or by sending an e-mail to the following address email@example.com.
The User, by marking the relevant box on the registration page, hereby expressly authorizes PEOPLEMATTERS and the other Job Offering Companies indicated above to carry out, through any means of communication, electronic channels included, any informative and marketing actions related to its services and activities. Said communication may include, as a mere example without limitation, participation in draws, invitations to events, gifts, invitations to participate in surveys, corporate information or marketing actions on the services of all the Project member companies. The User may at any time revoke his/her consent by exercising his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation and challenge, at the aforementioned addresses.
Any User registering on the Website (hereinafter, the "Candidate") through the registration process will expressly accept that his/her personal data and other information provided during the registration process will be assigned and processed by Job Offering Companies in order to contact the User, if he/she is pre-selected for any candidature which, in the Job Offering Company's opinion, matches his/her professional profile.
In order to access and use the Service, it will be essential to use the registered User's name and associated password. The Candidate must select the ID or login and the password, undertaking to safeguard and use it with the necessary care.
Use of a password will be personal and non-transferable; it may not be assigned, even provisionally, to third parties. Consequently, the candidate will adopt the necessary measures to safeguard the password he/she has selected, avoiding its use by third parties. Consequently, the User will be solely liable for any use that may be made of his/her password. If the User becomes aware of or suspects that his/her password is being used by third parties, he/she will duly inform PEOPLEMATTERS as soon as possible.
Registration on the Website will be completed on a personal basis. It will be absolutely forbidden to provide personal data to third parties. Likewise, the Candidate undertakes to keep all information provided to PEOPLEMATTERS permanently updated, in order to at all times reflect the Candidate's actual situation. In any case, the Candidate will be solely liable for any misrepresentations or inaccuracies made and for any damage he/she may cause PEOPLEMATTERS or third parties due to the information provided. The Candidate guarantees to be of age.
PEOPLEMATTERS only provides access to candidate data to Job Offering Companies and hereby disclaims all liability for any offers made and their content; nor does it guarantee that Users will receive job offers. Specifically, PEOPLEMATTERS will not guarantee that the offers made are of interest to the User, that they conform to his/her professional profile or to a certain sector of activity. The processing of personal data by Job Offering Companies will be governed by the provisions of data protection regulations. PEOPLEMATTERS hereby disclaims all liability for the processing of personal data by Job Offering Companies acting as assignees of user personal data.
PEOPLEMATTERS guarantees that it will at all times process its personal data and information in accordance with current personal data protection laws, and guarantees that it has adopted the necessary security measures, of a technical and organizational nature, to guarantee the safety of its data, pursuant to the provisions of applicable regulations. Nevertheless, and despite the security measures adopted, you are hereby informed that it is possible for unauthorized third parties to illegally access or intercept the transfer of personal data and information belonging to Users and Candidates.
PEOPLEMATTERS hereby disclaims all liability for any contents, commercial activities, products and services included that may be viewed through electronic links, directly or indirectly, as a result of this Website. PEOPLEMATTERS will in no case be liable for the outcome obtained through said links or for any consequences resulting from User access thereto. PEOPLEMATTERS will only be liable, pursuant to Article 17 of the Act on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, for the contents and services supplied on its linked sites, insofar as it is effectively aware of any illegality and has not deactivated the link with the necessary care.
