Our efforts focus on three priority therapy areas where we believe we can make a difference:

  • Oncology: we are committed to delivering life-changing medicines to cancer patients –there are still more than eight million lives lost every year to the disease.
  • Cardiovascular, renal and metabolism: we approach multiple risk factors through an integrated approach –cardiometabolism. This allows us to treat the patient as a whole, because we know the cardiovascular disease is a consequence of diabetes and chronic renal disease.
  • Respiratory: with a 40-year track record in the respiratory area, we continue transforming the treatment of respiratory diseases and the outcomes of patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)..

In addition to our priority areas, we are also active in other areas, including Inflammation and Autoimmunity, Infection and Vaccines, and Neuroscience.

Helpdesk Generalista ALDI MASQUEFA (Barcelona)

Es por eso que en ALDI, contigo como HELPDESK GENERALISTA en nuestras oficinas de Masquefa (Barcelona), cada día normal, será excepcional.

En dependencia jerárquica del Responsable de IT tendrás como objetivo dar soporte al Departamento de Informática en la resolución de incidencias.

Funciones principales:

  • Proporcionar el soporte integral a los usuarios de las 6 sociedades de Aldi España en relación a las aplicaciones de IT y de hardware.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de servidores y las actualizaciones de hardware sujetas a autorización según las reglas fijadas por la compañía.
  • Asegurar el funcionamiento y funcionalidades de las soluciones de IT.
  • Resolver dudas referentes a tu ámbito de responsabilidad provenientes de otros departamentos del resto de las empresas de la compañía.
  • Dar soporte al IT Project Manager en el desarrollo de diferentes fases y tareas de proyectos de IT.


  • Estudios: mínimo Grado superior de Formación Profesional en Informática. Valorable grado universitario
  • Conocimientos y capacidades:
    • Alta Capacidad de Organización y Planificación
    • Alta capacidad de Comunicación oral y escrita
    • Orientación al trabajo por proyectos y objetivos
    • Alemán avanzado/nativo. Inglés valorable nivel medio
  • Experiencia: indispensable 2-3 años de experiencia mínima en un departamento de informática ejerciendo tareas similares.
