New Internships Single Agreement
The Collaboration Agreement allows companies to disseminate their internship offer in a centralized way through Crue Spanish Universities, facilitating the procedures to recruit and pre-select trainees, which is currently done individually with each of the universities.
The General Manager of People and Resources of Gas Natural Fenosa, Rosa María Sanz García and the President of Crue Spanish Universities, Segundo Píriz Durán, have signed a historic agreement that will simplify the procedures of the extracurricular internships of university students. This is the first of the 14 signatures that can be made by the rest of the partner companies of the Recruiting Erasmus Program, created and directed by PeopleMatters, a consultant company specialized in People Management.
Recruiting Erasmus is a Program that works to simplify the contact between companies and the most brilliant young talents. One of its most relevant goals has been the achievement of this collaboration agreement that simplifies the procedures that companies have to carry out in order to disseminate their offer of practices separately with each University. Thanks to this agreement, the 14 companies that are part of Recruiting Erasmus will be pioneers in the signing and application of this new regulation: Gas Natural Fenosa, ALDI, Altadis, Banco Sabadell, Bankinter, CEPSA, CLH, Grifols, HEINEKEN Spain, Indra, MAPFRE, Red Eléctrica de España (REE), Santander and Steelcase.
The collaboration agreement between Crue Universities and Spanish companies aims to simplify the implementation of extracurricular internships for undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Spanish Universities associated with Crue (more than 90% of the teaching ecosystem), eliminating the difficulty for companies in signing individual agreements with each university to be able to disseminate their internship offers.
From now on Crue Spanish Universities will manage and distribute the offers of the companies to all the universities affiliated in all the Spanish geography. The agreement, with a renewable term of two years, if both parties so desire, affects both national and international internships and is compatible with any of companies and universities subscribed.
