Beca en el Departamento de Global Learning Technologies - Proceso Cerrado

AbbVie (NYSE:ABBV) es una empresa biofarmacéutica global, basada en la investigación, que nace en 2013 tras la separación de Abbott. AbbVie combina el enfoque y la pasión de una empresa biotecnológica con la experiencia y la estructura de un líder farmacéutico.

El propósito de AbbVie es mejorar la vida de las personas y colaborar en la creación de soluciones médicas sostenibles. En 2015, AbbVie cuenta con alrededor de 28.000 empleados en todo el mundo y comercializa sus productos en más de 170 países.

Nuestra compañía se encuentra en estos momentos reclutando perfiles para una beca en nuestro Departamento de Global Learning Technologies, dentro del área de Learning Effectiveness.

 

Dentro de este área, las principales funciones a desarrollar serán las siguientes:

  • Recoger requerimientos relacionados con el proyecto de "Evaluación del Impacto de la Formación" del que formará parte
  • Dar apoyo en la implementación del proyecto y realizar seguimiento del mismo
  • Planificar formaciones
  • Crear encuestas dentro de la herramienta de medición
  • Recoger evaluaciones y elaborar informes incluyendo recomendaciones
  • Proveer métricas y estudios de la formación con el fin de comunicar y maximizar la efectividad de la formación en la organización
  • Dar soporte al cliente con analíticas y mediciones de la formación ofreciendo una clara visión global de la herramienta de análisis de la formación  

 

Requisitos:

  • Titulados universitarios, licenciados o graduados, en Estadística, Matemáticas, Informática o Ingeniería
  • Imprescindible manejo de herramientas informáticas de Business Intelligence, minería de datos, visualización de datos (scorecards, dashboards,…)
  • Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de formación (LMS, Assessment tools, creación de contenido, gamificación,…)
  • Nivel muy alto de Inglés
  • Persona con perfil analítico/lógico, con buena comunicación interpersonal, iniciativa y  ganas de aprender, colaborador, buena capacidad de gestión de proyectos y clara orientación al cliente.
  • Posibilidad de realizar una beca a jornada completa
